Seek breakthroughs on key technologies such as multi-mode collection of material information and fine 3D reconstruction, develop portable color 3D scanning equipment as well as hyperspectral material scanning equipment and high-precision structural and texture information collection equipment, build a supporting technical system and set technical standards and specifications for the operations in the required procedures, create a 3D visual display system for cultural relics, and provide technical and system support for the conservation, restoration, replication and promotion of cultural relics, in order to meet the urgent need for quick and efficient collection of digital resources of cultural relics.
